Ambitious, headstrong and determined, the 27-year-old Saima Azhar has always been clear about her 'take no prisoners attitude' to career.
Now the model hits the big screen in Asad Jabbar’s new directorial venture.
Not new to the world of acting as she has already gained immense fame with drama serial ‘Meray Khawab Lauta Do’ that was aired from ARY Digital, Azhar will be debuting in a lead role in the movie.
The cast reportedly also comprises Bollywood actors and will be shot not only in Pakistan but also in parts of Britain and the Middle East.
Although the plot is still under wraps the model says it is about a "unique topic" that "won’t depress audiences and will make them feel good about the country."
Azhar who entered the realm of modeling through Veet Super Model Contest 201, also has a part in Shamoon Abbasi’s directorial venture ‘Gidh’ alongside actress Sara Loren.
She has walked the runway for the most prestigious names in the fashion industry like Deepak Parwani and Maria B. Azhar has also made an appearance in a music video titled ‘Dilbara’ in which she can be seen going all Bohemian.
She believes audiences should be treated to more romantic and comic movies- a hint that her debut movie will also be along the same lines.
