14th Lux Style Awards was held yesterday at the Expo Center, Karachi with all its glory. The event was a star studded affair attended by the who’s who of the entertainment world.

The red carpet of the award function was overloaded with glitz and glamour. In addition to male and female stars, celebrity couples also flaunted style and charisma; therefore we decided to do a separate round up for the best dressed celebrities for couples as well as for male and female celebrities. Let’s see who made it to our list.

Best Dressed Celebrities Male and Female

Mahira Khan

Mahira Khan hosted the show and flaunted three different looks. To start the show, she wore a Cinderella style powder blue top with an embroidered and flowy tulle skirt, from Georges Hobeika’s FW’15 collection. Although, much can't be done with her hair, but she still managed to stun us all with this fairy tale kind of a look. She then changed into a white custom made Cecilie Melli gown. Feather gowns are one of the most difficult fashion articles to carry, but Khan wowed us all in this amazing dress as she carried the dress very well. For her last look of the night, she chose Feeha Jamshed’s sari. All the looks were styled by Amar Faiz and he did a great job with this gorgeous lady.

Ammara Hikmat

Hikmat opted for a Zara Shahjahan’s off-shoulder, black and billowy gown. She brought the glitz in her look by carrying a silver clutch. Simple hair with dark eyes, Hikmat was a vision in this black glamorous dress.

Syra Shehroz

Syra Shehroz likes to keep it simple whether it’s her own wedding or an award function like LSA. But, she always manages to turn heads even with her simplicity. In a maroon Sania Maskatiya dress, Shehroz was looking simply beautiful. The poofy high ponytail, and bling earrings added the oomph factor in her style.

Aamna Ilyas

When in award functions, every star opts for a voluminous skirts and gowns with trail. Ilyas preferred to go otherwise and chose to wear an embellished dress by HSY. Leave it to her to turn any look glamorous and she will surprise you with her style. Smokey dark eyes complemented her nude makeup and slick ‘do.

Omar Farooq

Omar Farooq is known for making stars of our entertainment world look handsome and attractive, but he himself is no less than any star. He opted for a grey plaid double breast suit and a polka dot tie to hit the red carpet of this prestigious award ceremony.

Hassan Shehryar Yasin

It’s hard to find even a single instance where this man gets off the track and does not look dapper. He paired his navy suit with a white shirt and a printed bow tie, and was absolutely looking his best.

Hamza Ali Abbasi

Hamza Ali Abbasi who received the award for best actor for Pyaare Afzal, wore a suit by Humayun Alamgir. His suit had a lot of eastern touches to it and we loved the gold embroidered motif with his initials ‘H’ encrusted on it.

Best Dressed Couples

Moammar Rana and Mehnaz Moammar

Moammar Rana and Mehnaz Moammar were looking fantastic together. Mehnaz Moammar was flaunting class and style in a beautiful Pink Daisy Delight dress by Umsha. Rana keeps up with his young and cool look with a contemporary black jacket.

Fawad Khan and Sadaf Fawad Khan

This couple indeed is one of the best couples of our industry. The grace and affection that these two exude on any occasion is simply adorable. Fawad Khan wore an oxblood suit and adorned his suit with Rema Luxe cufflinks; whereas, his beautiful wife wore a black gown by Muse.

Farhan Saeed and Urwa Hocane

The young and beautiful couple Farhan Saeed and Urwa Hocane were looking absolutely amazing together. Saeed chose to wear a black tuxedo and Hocane opted for a Sana Safinaz gown.

Ali Zafar and Aisha Fazli

He is a rockstar and there is no denying it. They both wore the same color for this award function and looked great together. Fazli wore a gown in black and Zafar picked up a black tux with a white shirt.
