'Bin Roye' earns over Rs9 crore in UK

"The film is still running in two cinemas in UK," says Hum Films official.

Although Momina Duraid’s Bin Roye wasn't a major success in Pakistan, it has continued to rule the hearts of overseas Pakistani.

According to Hum Films officials, the film has crossed a bench mark of Rs 9 crore in UK in its 19th week.

“It is a great achievement that Bin Roye's box office collection has reached Rs 9 crore in the UK and we are expecting the numbers to increase in the coming week," Senior Manager Promotions & Activations HUM Films Asfar Khan confirmed.

The film did great business in UAE too earning over Rs 7 crore, whereas it earned over Rs 10 crore in Pakistan (it's primary market). The overall box office collection of the film from across the globe is over Rs 30 crore.

Starring Mahira Khan, Humayun Saeed, and Armeena Rana, the film is based on the best selling socio-romantic novel Bin Roye Ansoo by the popular writer Farhat Ishtiaq. It was produced by the bigwigs of Pakistani drama industry Momina Duraid and directed by Momina Duraid, Shahzad Kashmiri, and Haissam Hussain.
