Mustafa Zahid to compose music for Mahesh Bhatt’s 'Dushman'

The music in 'Dushman' will have the signature Mustafa Zahid flavour

While Humayun Saeed has opted out of Mahesh Bhatt’s Dushman, another Pakistani star Mustafa Zahid, has recently revealed his association with the film as a music director.

Zahid has worked with Bhatt in Aashiqui 2 and he has also lent his voice for other Bollywood flicks including Awarapan, Murder 3, Heropanti and Ek Villian.

However, this time around he will compose around three to four soundtracks for the film. Mustafa Zahid’s PRO in an exclusive chat with Dawn confirmed his association with the film.

"The music in Dushman will have the signature Mustafa Zahid flavour," he said.

The talented musician has been busy in promoting his music in different concerts throughout the world. He is expected to visit India soon for a concert in Delhi and Kolkata this month.

According to his official Facebook page, he will perform in Acharya Girishi Chandra Bose collage, Kolkata this month, after which he will head to the state capital, Delhi, for a concert in a private gig on January 13.

Produced by Vinay Bharadwaj and directed by Shagufta Rafique, Dushman has a peace message. It is based on the tale of love and friendship of an Indian and a Pakistani, and will be shot in India, Pakistan, and the UK.
