For everyone who loved 'Bin Roye Aanso' the novel and Bin Roye the movie, well Bin Roye the drama will be airing soon (kind of) and of course on HUM TV.

Written by Farhat Ishtiaq, the queen of romance (Humsafar and Diyar-e-Dil anyone?) and directed (mostly) by Momina Duraid and Shehzad Kashmiri (Haissam Hussain directed the initial parts) the drama stars the same actors as the movie; Humayun Saeed, Mahira Khan, and Armeena Khan. It will be produced by MD Productions (of course).

We spoke to Farhat Ishtiaq, who confirmed saying,

"Bin Roye the drama has the same cast as in the movie, but things which were not included in movie from the novel will be seen in drama. The shoot is done and most probably will on air somewhere between April and July of this year."

Bin Roye the movie was a massive hit and crossed 30 carors internationally. Not just that, but the writer's Diyar-e-Dil too was a super hit and the predictions are that HUM Awards this year will be the 'Diyar-e-DIl Awards!'

Besides Bin Roye, the writer has tweeted about another drama:

She confirmed the title of the new project being Udaari, which has started shoot. Directed by M. Ehtashamuddin (Sadqe Tumhare & Preet Na Kariyo Koi), it stars Urwa Hocaine, Farhan Saeed, Bushra Ansari, Samiya Mumtaz, and Ahsan Khan. As per the writer, Udaari is an original script and not based on any of her novels.

Here's wishing Farhat Ishtiaq the best of luck on her upcoming projects!
