The nominations for the viewers choice categories at the ARY Film Awards 2016, are finally out and despite all the doubt surrounding it, they seem to be pretty fair.

A few weeks ago, AFA 2016 came into the spotlight when MD Films didn't allow Bin Roye to be part of Pakistan's dedicated film awards. Looking at the nominations, we can confirm that Bin Roye isn't indeed part of the award ceremony and that's sad.

The nominations were set to come out on February 1st, but the team took six more days and revealed the following. Geo Films' Manto, ARY films' Jawani Phir Nahi Aani, and Wajahat Rauf's Karachi Se Lahore, and ARY Films and YNH Films' Wrong Number rule the nominations.

The popular choice categories include best actor (male and female), supporting actor (male and female), director, film, comic role, singer (male and female), debut, and negative role. Head to ARY Film Awards' site or make use of that seldom used sms package (if you're in Dubai or Pakistan) to vote for your favourites till February 15th.
