That Rungrez brought a refreshing change to the lawn scene goes without saying. They began their journey a year ago and have since picked up pace; moreover the brand is now available in an exclusive prêt line available at PFDC.

Exclusive and unique, the label focuses on the contemporary woman and her want to feel beautiful given any time of the day. While introducing a fresh take on florals, the collection experiments with a variety of embroidery techniques that brings distinctiveness to each ensemble. Design Head Mahvish Sheheryar, comments that,

"Rungrez 2016 spring summer lawn depicts a very contemporary feel. The modern prints in pastel shades and embroidery variations are the forte of Rungrez. Prints and embroideries have been merged in a manner to look a part of one another and the composed dupattas add a wow factor to the ensembles. Special attention has been paid to stitching and finesse of the garment in our prêt line."

Their collection has few pieces that boast of net dupattas with embroidery on the edges for an oomph factor. They have upped the glamour quotient by adding a mix of floral Chickan kaari, Swarovski buttons, and Kashmiri cross stitch. The exhibition held at the now most favored spot, Nishat Hotel, drew crowds like bees to honey. In a matter of few hours the entire stock ran out and orders were taken on till the end. The full house at the venue was a sight to see as we bumped into Shehzad Raza of Ather and Shehzad who also carried out the shoot of their catalogue. While talking to Hip in Pakistan he revealed that he found the entire collection as a ‘breath of fresh air. Sabeeka Imam has acted as the perfect muse and gave each shot to perfection.

The campaign slogan is all about a woman who likes to express her true colors in an elegant fashion; she is vivacious, yet sophisticated and feminine. The amalgamation of surreal tones with a subtle blend of ethnic motifs and patterns define various moods give diversity to the collection. The prêt line features contemporary range from cuts based on modern tunics, jackets, and trousers as separates. The designs exude artistic sense of aesthetics and print combinations that can be styled and worn in versatile ways.

"we plan to set new standards when it comes to finesse and fabric quality but our vision isn’t restricted to unstitched collection as we plan to take it further. There’s an element of flair for fashion which creates an upbeat and vibrant feel. Our collection depicts transition of the woman through different phases of a vibrant summer day."
