Starting off with the plot outline and his character in independent American film The Valley, Alyy Khan explained:
"The Valley is a very relevant film in today's setting. It is being shot at the Silicon Valley and revolves around a perfect and successful Indian family. The film starts with the youngest daughter attempting suicide. And it's basically a dark journey of a man (the father played by Khan) who overcomes lingering questions of his own life. And such high incidents are actually quite common with American-Indian kids who belong to successful families, they have a lot of pressure on their shoulders."
And the story doesn't end here, Khan's wife's character will be portrayed by Dil Chahta Hai and Fashion fame actress, Suchitra Pillai. Whereas well-known American artists, Hope Lauren, Salma Khan and David S. Lee will be seen in prominent roles. Speaking about Sameena Peerzada's character in the film, she will be seen playing a supporting character and will join the team next week in California for her shooting spell.

Shedding some light towards Khan's projects on this side of the world, and seems like he has kept himself as busy as a beaver. Telling HIP a bit about his films locally and across the border, Alyy Khan said:
"Alhumdullilah I've had a busy year. Four television serials of mine are currently on-air. I've completed two films, one of which called Mah-e-Meer is slated for a May release. And I just finished the shoot of the other one called Actor In Law, it's a comical political satire and I'll be playing the antagonist. It has a very clever script and Nabeel has set quite a standard with Na Maloom Afraad. It's a fun film, very well casted and will be releasing on Eid-Ul-Azha. Besides that there's some conversation going on about two very interesting projects across the border."
We can't wait to see Khan and Peerzada rubbing shoulders in Hollywood with their latest venture The Valley! And with Alyy Khan's whole year being booked with intriguing movies, HIP wishes him all the luck!
