From being an edgy supermodel and TV actress, to being one of the most sought after PR & Event Managers and choreographers of Pakistan; Frieha Altaf is the human definition of the phrase, "been there, done that".

Working behind the camera for all these years didn't mean she wasn't in the spotlight. The camera loves her and she loves it back. The inborn poise was certainly not ignored by filmmakers, and with all the offers that came Altaf's way; the PR maven has finally decided to debut on the big screen with Javed Sheikh's Wujood and Wajahat Rauf's Lahore Se Aagey.

Speaking to HIP, Altaf revealed that she'll be doing a cameo in the Saba Qamar and Yasir Hussain starrer, Lahore Se Aagey. She plays herself in the film i.e. an ex model, PR maven, and a choreographer. She is done with the shoot, and the film is set to enter post-production from next month.

But that's definitely not all, the fashionista has also been roped in for seasoned artist, Javed Sheikh's directorial comeback, Wujood. Altaf will be seen in a character opposite director-actor, Nadeem Baig, and described her character as 'glamorous' (well, that's no surprise). She'll be flying to Turkey later this year to shoot for the film.

Altaf also looks forward to directing a film one day, as exploring new mediums of art has always been her passion.

Before flying to Turkey, Altaf will be directing this year's 'Lux Style Awards' (as always), which are scheduled to take place in July. We wish Altaf nothing but luck for all her future endeavors, and hope to see more of her on the big screen!
