The untitled ARY drama, will show Ali in the lead role alongside the beautiful Sanam Chaudhary. Directed by the ace director Mohsin Talat and produced by Irum Binte of Six Sigma Plus, the drama is expected to release in February 2017 with a talented ensemble cast including Saba Faisal, Zhalay Sarhadi, Raeed Mohammad Alam and Mohammad Ahmed.

With a focus on relationships, the drama will highlight the lives of its protagonists Afraaz Yazdani (Ali Kazmi) and Minahil (Sanam Chaudhry), who are thrown in a difficult situation. The story follows their struggle to cope with it and fall in love along the way.

Recently, Ali was seen on the silver screen playing a prominent character in one of the most anticipated Pakistani films of the year, Dobara Phir Se, which was directed by Mehreen Jabbar. But it wasn't the first time the two collaborated. Previously, they worked together on Mehreen's critically acclaimed show Jackson Heights in which Ali's convincing acting as the villain was much appreciated.

But what got us most excited is that Ali will be a part of two major international projects. Talking to HIP, he revealed that he will soon be shooting for NBC's upcoming serial Taken and a serious animated film produced by Angelina Jolie Bread Winner. We hope Ali keeps making the nation proud and we wish him all the best for his future projects!
