Singer Bilal Saeed flees Lahore High Court

The singer is accused of being involved in a case of fraud.

Singer Bilal Saeed, known for his song Teri Khair Mangdi in the Bollywood movie Baar Baar Dekho, fled Lahore High Court on Wednesday. After his interim bail application got rejected, which was in connection with a Rs60 million heist case, the singer ran away.

According to a leading local newspaper, Saeed was able to escape along with his other accomplice due to lack of security deployed at the court. In fact, at the starting of this month the court had also dismissed his pre-arrest bail application after he failed to show up for a hearing. However, the Blah Blah Blah singer later appeared before Lahore High Court and remained on interim bail to date.

Just last month, a chaotic situation, involving Saeed, led to several shocking revelations. Apart from being blamed for fraud, he was also accused of having an affair with a young girl, whose name has not yet been disclosed.
