As we have said many times the tensions between Pakistan and India are merely between the two governments because people here and there don't harbor hate for one another. We recently saw Karan Johar and Manish Malhotra posing away with Fawad Khan at the Filmfare UAE edition magazine re launch in Dubai. We also welcomed filmmakers Nandita Das, Vishal and Rekha Bhardwaj to Karachi to attend PIFF, where the trio was received with a lot of warmth. And now another star from across the border is sending good wishes for the Pakistani film, Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2.

Currently in Dubai himself to promote his own movie October , the video message was shared by the team of JPNA 2 as Varun in a very warm gesture wished them all the best.

"I want to wish you best of luck for JPNA 2. Its shooting is going on in Dubai and I want to wish you best of luck for its release," shared Varun.

A highly anticipated movie which has a multi-star cast consisting of Humayun Saeed, Fahad Mustafa, Ahmed Ali Butt, Vasay Chaudhry, Kubra Khan, Mawra Hocane, Uzma Khan and Sarwat Gillani has a lot of hopes pinned to it. JPNA 2 is the second edition of the franchise directed by Nadeem Baig and if we see its predecessor, the film is expected to do really well in Pakistan.

Having completed the first spell of shooting in beautiful Turkey, the second spell is well underway in Dubai. With actors from both India and Pakistan continuing to wish each other well, lets see how long do these tensions between the two nations last.
