Project Ghazi was premiered in 2017 but due to some technical issues, the film wasn’t released. The film got released this weekend but unfortunately, it wasn’t able to gain good numbers on day one. The film made only 30 lac rupees on its first day.

Project Ghazi is directed by Nadir Shah and produced by Ali Raza who are known for their work on TV commercials as well as short films. It is the first Pakistani science fiction action film. The film revolves around a team of scientists and soldiers aiming to produce a new breed of advanced weaponized soldiers code-named Project Ghazi until a group of rogue men tries to seize the project. United with a team of a dedicated scientist played by Syra Sheroz and distinguished soldiers played by Shehryar and Humayun Saeed along with other people, they try to stop the rogue men, little do they know that a major disaster is headed their way. The first superhero film of Pakistan celebrates the josh and jazba of our Ghazis.

For a film starring Syra Sheroze, Shehryar Munawar and Humayun Saeed, one expects a much better number. We really hope that the film does well in the upcoming days but it doesn’t seem to do so.

Sherdil and Laal kabootar did way better than Project Ghazi. Sherdil made 50 lac rupees on its second Friday while Lal Kabootar made 15 lac rupees.
