We are all eagerly waiting for upcoming Sanam Baloch, Ali Rehman & Haroon Shahid starrer Khaas which is all set to commence from 17th April on Hum TV. The intriguing teasers of the play had us already super-excited for the intense play and now the melodious OST in the beautiful vocals of Haroon Shahid & Natasha Baig has added to our excitement and we just can’t wait for the first episode of the play to go on air.

Haroon had shared a little snippet of the OST on his Instagram over the weekend and we loved Haroon’s soothing vocals. Hence we connected with the multi-talented artist to know more about his experience in acting and singing along.

‘It's always great to be a part of a project in which you can contribute to it more than just acting. Khaas is 'Khaas' for me in that way because it's given me an opportunity to present the audience with another forte many of whom don't know about, singing that is,’ shared the Lahore-based musician.

Haroon also added that with Khaas’s OST, he has sung a composition composed by another songwriter for the very first time. The song has been composed by Sohail Haider, whom Haroon found wonderful to work with.

Khaas’s OST has two versions-male & female. Natasha Baig’s version has been released in full by the makers today, however, Haroon’s version is not yet out in full.

With powerful lyrics by Muhammad Akmal and amazing composition by Sohail Haider combined with heartfelt vocals of Natasha Baig, the OST is a mesmerizing sad number resonating perfectly with a person deceived in love by someone who held a very special place in his/her heart. The soothing background score is a cherry on top and makes it a perfect one for the times when one is in a gloomy mood.

Here listen to the full song:

Scripted by Sarwat Nazir and directed by Danish Nawaz, the play is based on the life of a newly married couple and the problems and issues that arise. Khaas also stars budding actress Anum Goher.
