A number of Pakistani starts including Adnan Siddiqui, Javed Sheikh, Fawad Khan, and Ali Zafar worked in Bollywood movies and they were appreciated by Indians for their amazing acting. Moreover, Atif Aslam, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, and few others used to constantly visit India for concerts and playback singing but unfortunately, due to present law and order situation and the relations between the two countries, artists are not allowed to go and work in India.

This ban was imposed after the recent Pulwama attack in India and some artists couldn’t complete their projects that were in pipeline and some others weren’t able to even start their projects. The leading Pakistani actor Danish Taimoor was also affected by this situation as according to him he was offered a role opposite to Kareena Kapoor in ‘Veere Di Wedding’. Danish broke this news while speaking at a talk show along with his wife Ayeza Khan.

Mehrunisa V Lub U famed actor Danish said, “We were all ready to go for the shoot but then we got to know that Kareena was pregnant. After Kareena delivered her baby in 2016, the situation between India and Pakistan got worse.”

Ahsan is currently working in a number of drama serials and hosting a game show at a local TV channel. Moreover, we really hope that the relations between Pakistan and India get better so that we get to see collaborations between Bollywood and Lollywood as art promotes peace.
