The Noor Hassan and Sanam Chaudhry starrer Meer Abru was a lot more than a love triangle story right from its beginning. With the stellar performances from the cast and the unique storyline, Meer Abru has managed to tell a new-age love story with an old-age twist.
After all the ups and downs, Abru and Saim’s life is still not on track. With Meer’s rude and hurtful behaviour, the walls between the cousins keep growing taller and the misunderstandings keep increasing. After Saim’s mom created a scheme with his childhood friend to create problems between Saim and Abru, she wrongfully accused Meer behind this master plan. This resulted in Saim and Abru being done with Meer more than ever.
However wrongfully accused, Meer didn’t let go of his ego to clear the air with his Saim and Abru. Instead when confronted by his family, he angrily made up a story and said that he had done it. Noor Hassan has managed to pull of Meer’s character brilliantly with his performance. He portrays all his various sides with perfection. Whether it is anger, annoyance, or love, Noor Hassan brings out all the emotions in a way that complements Meer’s persona perfectly.
So far, the story seems to be reaching its climax. The misunderstandings among the three have reached the point of no return, and where Meer didn’t leave the chance the bring Abru back in his life, it is perfectly clear that he would never do anything wrong to bring her in his life. It would be interesting to see where the story goes from here, and we can't wait to see what fate has in store for Meer.
