Episode 26 got alot of backlash because in the end, they showed no matter what a woman goes through, in the end she'll always be in a loss. However, Episode 27 tells a different story: The most fearless people are those who have nothing to lose, it seems.

In the previous few episodes, Mannat (Saba Qamar) lost her unborn baby, her mother and husband. She lost the case and ended up at a mental hospital. Nothing worked in her favour and miseries only kept increasing.

But grass in always greener on the other side, in Episode 27, we see Wajih's tables turning (Bilal Abbas Khan) , he loses everything he cared about, everyone he cared about. He loses his brother to death by getting in a fight with him (Emaad Irfani)

When the police arrives to investigate the case of his death, Mannat saves Wajih by lying about the death and calling it an accident. intending only to destroy him in the end. Wajih is left confused and this only shows that Mannat has lost faith in law and taken matter into her own hands.

This is the first time we have seen Wajih actually being drowned in his own guilt, he finally feels remorse and also because of his own elder brother Yawar (Aijaz Aslam) who is just disappointed with Wajih.

Bilal Abbas Khan has done a great job showing real weak emotion of the character of Wajih but Saba remains the true highlight of the drama with the intense emotions of pain.

Mannat shows strength and determination as she threatens Wajih and promises to make him confess his sins by the time her iddat ends. Looks like Mannat’s shift in approach will be interesting to witness.Karma seems to be on a roll, however, it’s disappointing to see that a woman had to lose everything to get justice.

While performance by all the actors remains the winner, the development could have been a little less traumatic for Mannat, we feel.
