Khalil Ur Rehman Qamar, one of Pakistan's most well-known and acclaimed screenwriters, recently shared a photo of the book cover for his renowned drama Mere Pas Tum Ho on Twitter. During the first week of December, the book will be made available to the general public.

In 2019, Mere Pas Tum Ho, the drama series with the greatest ratings, gained awards and praises from all around the world. It was written by Khalil ur Rehman Qamar and directed by Nadeem Baig. Humayun Saeed, Ayeza Khan, and Adnan Siddiqui played the leading parts. There used to be deserted, streets and places at the time the drama aired on ARY digital since everyone was so absorbed in the story of Danish (Humayun Saeed), Mehwish (Ayeza Khan), and Shehwar (Adnan Siddiqui). MPTH characters and plot used to be the topic of hardcore discussions in many households. The final episode of the drama was keenly anticipated by drama fans. A new record was set in every single episode of the drama. It is also regarded as one of the biggest ARY hits in the past ten years. An Indian drama called "Kaamna" copied the same plot as Mere Paas Tum Ho.

Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar's tweet, however, drew mixed reactions from netizens, some of whom thought that after viewing the drama, there wouldn't be anything fresh in the novel to pique people's interest.
