Professional jealousy is one of the worst forms of jealousy one can have and the only way we can ignore it is by staying positive. Surprisingly, Reema Khan, in an interview with a private TV channel, claimed that she was almost killed by a fellow Pakistani TV actress because of professional jealousy. It happened years back when she was at the peak of her career and it was a dream of every actor to work with her.

47 years aged, Lollywood film actress said, “Many times I experienced character assassination. I had not lodged any police complaint when attempts to poison me were made during the shooting of a commercial with Asif Raza Mir. A lady was offered Rs100,000 to poison me but somehow she refused to carry out the deed.”

Moreover, she said that she has been targeted directly and indirectly by a number of people in the past. People did fake propaganda and tried to make many scandals but she always ignored the enemies and focused on her work.

Reema Khan is willing to work again on movies and television if stories carry a strong social message!

She said, “However, I have made my way in the industry despite all the negativity and I believe that the only way to deal with all this is to stay positive.”

Punjab Information Minister Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chohan said that the actress should identify the person who attempted to harass her in order to take action against her.

Reema claimed that she is getting offers to join political parties in Pakistan but she is not willing to do so. She moved to the United States after her marriage with Dr. Tariq Shahab but is currently residing in Pakistan for work commitments.
