Tension between the two nuclear-armed neighbors, India and Pakistan, had been high following the Pulwama terror attack. Fighter jets of the IAF crossed the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday morning. India’s claims were nothing less than a Bollywood script claiming to kill up to 350 terrorists and trainers who were moved there for their protection after the Pulwama attack.

Pakistan Army confirmed that Indian attack was repulsed and while going back the aircraft "jettisoned their payload demolishing innocent trees in the entire effort. It is said that the pre-dawn attack air strike by Indian Air Force (IAF) took 200 hours of planning after the Indian intelligence inputs.

The operation is the first major military response to the militant car bombing in Pulwama, Kashmir earlier this month which the Indian government blames on Pakistan.
