This Eid ul Adha film enthusiasts are promised yet another buffet of movies to feast on. After the superb list of movies released on Eid ul Fitr this year, we are looking forward to what the upcoming Eid break has in store for cinema goers!

The three movies making waves this time around are blockbuster in the making London Nahi Jaunga, Fahad Mustafa’s Quaid e Azam Zindabad and the laughter riot ‘Lafangey’. Movie buffs will be able to watch all their favourite TV stars on the silver screen this time around, including the big-wigs Humayun Saeed, Mehvish Hayat, Fahad Mustafa, Mahira Khan, and Nazish Jahangir’s silver-screen debut with horror-comedy, Lafangey.

London Nahi Jaunga

The London Nahi Jaunga trailer has accumulated over 1.6 million views, directed by the legendary Nadeem Baig, the film is all set to release in cinemas this eid. The blockbuster in the making stars the ultimate dreamy duo Mehwish Hayat and Humayun Saeed in lead roles alongside Kubra Khan, Gohar Rasheed, Saba Hamid, Vasay Chaudhry, Iffat Omar, Meher Bano, Asif Raza Mir and Sohail Ahmed amongst others.

The Punjabi flick is the second installment after its superhit predecessor Punjab Nahi Jaungi, the script is once again written by Qamar and is an ARY film, produced under the Six Sigma Plus banner. From punches thrown by Saeed, a whole lot of emotional and romantic drama to the larger than life sets, everything about London Nahi Jaunga excites us!

Quaid e Azam Zindabad

The exciting trailer promises an interesting watch, the leading duo Mahira Khan and Fahad Mustafa will be seen together on screen for the first time ever and we’re loving their chemistry on-screen! With some mind blowing action sequences, this movie will surely be an entertainment package worth the while. While Mahira Khan is a treat to watch on-screen, Fahad Mustafa’s action scenes as a police officer do somehow remind us of Bollywood movie Dabang! The film also features veteran actor Javed Sheikh in a comic role.

Lafangey

Lafangey boasts of an ensemble cast that is the perfect blend for a horror-comedy film, featuring Sami Khan, Salim Meraj, Mubeen Gabol and Mani Khan in lead roles. The leading lady’s role has been helmed by the sultry beauty, Nazish Jehangir who is debuting on the silver screen with Lafangey. The movie is produced by Tariq Rind under the banner of Al Wafiq Studios and is written and directed by Abdul Khaliq Khan.
