Waseem Badami can be currently seen hosting a talk show that stirs up one controversy after another. His show, 'Har Lamha Purjosh’ witnessed singer Ali Azmat pointing fingers at Ali Zafar for kick-starting a hate campaign against the PSL 5, in one episode. While in another one, TV writer, producer and the King of Controversies – Khalil Ur Rehman Qamar sparked a new controversy.

We might have had seen this one coming though!

Sonya Hussayn’s comments made rounds on social media when she said that she had rejected the role of Mehwish in Mere Pas Tum Ho, because of an ideology conflict she has with Khalil Ur Rehman. KRQ had something to add to this.

Even if she had accepted the role, the final ball would have been in my court because no director or producer can finalize the cast on my script without me having the final say. Sonya Hussyn was never in my books for that role.

But the discussion didn't just end here, KRQ also said that Sonya Hussayn has a long way to go. The actress lacks the caliber for doing justice to a role such as Mehwish’s in MPTH.

There hasn’t been a statement from Sonya on this yet.
