The Story So Far

This weeks’ episodes have taken the story to the next level and there have been some major developments that have been quite shocking to say the least. What began as a story of a very happily married couple is now becoming more of a sleazy cheating husband who can’t keep his eyes off the house-help. Saim (Mikaal Zulfiqar) is totally smitten with Sehar (Anmol Baloch) and also buys her a cell phone so they can keep constantly in touch with each other. The two are like a newly betrothed couple giddy in love, trying to look for ways to spend time together, sneaking around trying their best not to get caught. Sehar shares all her triumphs and plans to her sister Samina over the phone and discusses how she’s working towards capturing Saim’s heart. Meera is still in the dark about the budding relationship between her husband and the maid and continues to take the utmost care for her maid, takes her shopping too. We are introduced to Meera’s sister in law Ayesha Gul (Naila) and her family when Saim’s older sister Asma (Ayesha Toor) comes to visit. Meera remains the perfect wife, daughter in law and the doting ‘bhabhi’ to Saim’s sister and brother-in-law by inviting them to dinner. Later on, Naila injures herself and requests for Sehar to work at her house for the time being, Sehar is unwillingly left at Naila’s place for a few days. Saim returns from work and is shocked at the news, he is visibly upset by Meera’s decision to send Sehar away.

Mashal Khan Continues to Charm The Audiences!

The gorgeous Mashal Khan as Meera continues to win the hearts of viewers, one cannot help but feel sorry for her. It was disheartening to see how Sehar made a fool of her not once but multiple times, she lied about the phone, and tore the new clothes all the while Meera was oblivious to her devious plans. Will Meera regret her decision of helping someone in need? We are anxious to see how her character changes as the story progresses on.

Anmol Baloch plays the Perfect Vamp!

The young ambitious Sehar with dreams of touching the skies is realistically played by Anmol Baloch, she carries out the performance perfectly. We love how her character has had a complete change from the earlier damsel in distress to now this cunning mastermind who is actively using her ulterior motives to destroy a marriage.

Mikaal Zulfikar Nails the Two-Faced Character in KNKS

Mikaal Zulfikar is playing a two-faced character, the devoted husband and the cheat who is betraying his wife with the house maid. It has been a treat to see him playing the good and the bad simultaneously.

New Characters in KNKS are Giving Great Performances!

Sajida Sayed plays Saim’s mother easily wins the best mother in law award for her role in KNKS. She is the most gentle, loving and supportive ‘saas’ to Meera. We are yet to see how she reacts when she finds out about Saim and Sehar’s affair. The rest of the supporting cast which include Ayesha Gul, Ayesha Toor, Aidah Sheikh, Shaheen Khan and Ramsha Salahuddin are all great actors and the story has become interesting with their addition.

What’s Next?

Will Sehar’s dreams come true of marrying into an ‘ameer’ family and owning all the things her heart desires? Will Meera find out about Saim and Sehar’s secret affair that has been going on under her nose?
