Model turned actress, Amna Ilyas has made quite the name in the industry with films like Baaji, Zinda Bhaag, and Ready Steady No. She is all set to make her comeback on the big screen opposite the very talented, Do Bol star, Affan Waheed.

The film titled 'Mastani' has been on the floors since December last year and has almost completed the first spell of shooting. The story is based on the city of Rawalpindi, where the first round of shooting is currently happening.

The film is directed and produced by Usman Rizvi, a US-based filmmaker. Music composed by Naveed Nashad, the film is all set to release this summer.

After the huge success of Do Bol, Affan can now be seen in Ghalati opposite Hira Mani on Ary Digital. With super hit dramas like Do Bol, Khamoshi, Bhool, and Guzarish to his credit, the actor is now all set to make his cinematic debut.

Mastani is a story of a lion-hearted young woman played by Amna, who wants to bring a change in society but fate had other plans for her.

Mastani is a fusion of drama, comedy, and suspense genres. The cast comprises of Addi Adeal, Perveen Akbar, Shahnawaz Zaidi, Amna Malik, Hira Khan and others aside from Amna and Affan.
