One of the latest films to release across cinemas this Eid ul Fitr was Faisal Qureshi’s directorial debut, Money Back Guarantee. The movie boasts an ensemble star studded cast including the global phenomenon, Fawad Khan. The film also features Gohar Rasheed, Mani Salman, Mikael Zulfiqar, Hira Mani, Hina Dilpazir, Ayesha Omer, Kiran Malik, Shayan Khan, Jan Rambo and a very special debut by Wasim and Shaniera Akram amongst others.

Since its release the movie has received mixed reviews from cinema goers and renown personalities from the showbiz fraternity. While some have loved the movie and the applauded it for the perfect message it gives out to the public, there are others who have not appreciated the hard hitting, political satire. Shaan Shahid, renown veteran actor, director, writer and producer took to twitter to share his thoughts on the film and criticised the film’s director Faisal Qureshi on his debut project. The actor compared the film to the 45 seconds long Ufone ad films that Faisal Qureshi used to previously direct and mentioned that producers of such movies should be held liable for hiring inexperienced directors for the movie.

This tweet of Shaan Shahid was met with much uproar from celebrities who did not appreciate the direct dig towards Money Back Guarantee director, Faisal Qureshi.

It now seems like Shaan Shahid has decided to end the debate as he finally tweets back with a message for the public on supporting Pakistani films Huey tum Ajnabi and Money Back Guarantee.
