Sheheryar Munawar is returning to TV after 7 years

7 years is a lot of time for anything especially in the field of entertainment - guys playing romantic lead switch to mature roles in seven years, girls start taking women roles in the same time period and newbies become heartthrobs in that much time. Thankfully, Sheheryar Munawar took the decision to return to TV on time and will be appearing in his first TV play since Geo TV's Aasmanon Pay Likha that aired in 2014. In between, he appeared in as many as four films including two that he produced and one that didn't do well at the box office. His fans would be thrilled to see him back on the silver screen after so long, and he is cautious about not disappointing them as well.

Maya Ali to make her first drama appearance since Sanam in 2017

Maya Ali will play the lead in Pehli Si Mohabbat alongside Sheheryar Munawar and like her Parey Hut Love co-star, she will also be making a comeback on TV after nearly five years. After making her debut with Durr-e-Shehwar, she appeared in countless hit dramas including Aik Nayee Cinderella, Aun Zara, Diyar-e-Dil and Mann Mayal, but hasn't worked on TV since Sanam in 2016. The play ended in the early part of 2017, and it will be nearly four years before she makes her return to TV with Pehli Si Mohabbat earlier next year. During her hiatus from TV, she appeared in Teefa in Trouble (2018) and Parey Hut Love (2019) and both the films were the highest-grossing flicks of the year.
