We all know that when Rahat Fateh Ali Khan lends his vocals to a project, it becomes grand. In the last one and a half years, he sang the OSTs of Ehd-e-Wafa and Mere Paas Tum Ho, which are amongst the best OSTs of the modern era.

And here comes 'Ek Jhoota Lafz Mohabbat', the Express Entertainment drama where Rahat Fateh Ali Khan is again singing the OST. Even before the drama launch, the original soundtrack has already racked up more than 10,000 views.

This Rahat Fateh Ali Khan tragic love ballad has been composed by Waqar Ali Khan and has been penned by Sabir Zafar. The song is available on YouTube currently and will soon be available across various music streaming services as well. The serial stars Junaid Khan, Amna Ilyas, Aiza Awan and Emmad Irfani, amongst others.

The plot revolves around two sisters, where one is sensible and responsible while the other is more materialistic and selfish. The story delves into the relationship issues that ensue due to the antics of the younger sister and the marriage that follows.

The drama serial has been written by Maimoona Aziz and directed by Syed Zeeshan Ali Zaidi under Fahad Mustafa and Dr. Ali Kazmi’s Big Bang Entertainment. It will premiere on Tuesday 10th August at 8 pm on Express Entertainment.
