The Story So Far

Meera rages a full on war against Sehar but one after the other things do not seem to be going in her favour, Saim dragged her out of the house refusing to believe all that she had to say about Sehar. Now Samina’s husband who had the evidence that would prove Sehar’s crimes has met a fatal accident after which he has lost both his legs. Meera races on to find out the truth from Samina who apologised for all that she had done, Imran’s recent accident seems to have woken the righteousness inside her and just as she was leaving to meet Meera to hand over the evidence she had in her phone, Samina and Sehar’s gangster -like father came and broke her phone into pieces in order to stop her from speaking out. On the other hand, Sehar has some devious plans of her own with her father in tow, the duo have been trying to sell of Saim’s house which is now in Sehar’s name. It seems like she is planning to run away with the money from the sale and will be leaving Saim behind homeless and jobless.

Saim has not only lost Meera as she has now decided to file for divorce and will be filing for custody too but little does Saim know that his new wife has kicked out his son Hassan behind his back too. We wonder what will happen to Hassan now that he’s left out on the streets.

The Good - Applaud Worthy Performances By the Cast

While the drama Khwab Nagar Ki Shehzadi rushes to its climax, great performances by Mashal Khan, Anmol Baloch and Mikaal Zulfiqar have helped keep the viewers interested, Anmol Baloch has wonderfully played the antagonist in the drama who has been keeping everyone on their toes, and seems to always be one step ahead of the rest and can definitely give the oldest Star-Plus vamp, ‘komolika’ a run for her money, all that’s missing is some background music, a big bindi on the forehead, and over-the-top make-up.

Mashal Khan’s Meera is finally fighting for her rights, after being treated like a door-mat with Saim walking all over her, she has finally decided to fight against Sehar with all her might and is trying to prove that Sehar was the one who pushed her mother-in-law that led to her death. Will she be able to finally win against Sehar is what we’re anxiously waiting to see!

The Bad - Regressive Storyline is losing viewers!

The star-plus kind of storyline is becoming difficult to watch, the story has been stretched out enough and viewers are getting disengaged from the drama. From Meera’s mother-in-law going into a coma and dying just when she found out the truth to Imran losing his legs in an accident and losing his phone with the evidence too, the never-ending issues have become a tiresome watch. The writers should know in an era of Netlfix dramas and riveting storylines such plays are not liked by many. However good performances by Mashal Khan, Anmol Baloch and Mikaal Zulfiqar are what keeps the drama afloat!
